Our Internet website is an important asset to our business. While we we hosting one site with LunarPages.com, their server experienced frequent downtimes. When we asked about the downtime, they denied the server being down. Whether or not the server was down or not is unknown, but we do know that the traffic logs show no visitors for several days at a time, when the average hits per day was in the thousands. We lost several thousands of dollars of sales due to the frequent server downtimes.
The final straw was when the server crashed, and LunarPages lost our website. Rebuilding the website took many days and incurred more losses.
Since moving the website to V7, we haven't experienced even a minute of downtime, and the control panel features allow us to track our traffic in detail. My website come up fast as lightening. I can't even put to words what this means to me. For a very minimal amount of money John Scott has transformed my business.

As a frequent web-surfer, I don't like to sit around for a website to load. With my old host, I wouldn't even like to sit through my own website loading. It simply took too long. I used to be hosted on iPowerWeb but the site loaded too slow, and I was afraid some customers would not wait for the site to load, or would not come back when iPowerWeb servers were not responding. It seemed like every day the iPowerWeb servers would not respond.
Since moving to V7, the pages always load fast and the server is never down. And the V7 control panel has much more detailed traffic analysis. The difference is like day and night.

I was happy when I just signed up with iPowerWeb, but after a month or so, they just couldn't handle the amount of users my site was getting (Which isn't THAT much, but its quite a few per day.)
Don't use iPowerWeb if you plan on having a lot of traffic. I switched from their servers over to www.v7inc.com, and I couldn't be happier!

After working with Lunarpages, and iPowerWeb, I discovered V7 Inc Web Hosting. Lunarpages and iPowerWeb both gave me problems with bad uptimes; I would call their support lines, and email their support teams, only to receive unhelpful delayed support. Ever since I have started using V7 Inc, I have had great uptime with no problems what so ever, the support at V7 Inc is fast, and reliable. I never plan on going back to those other guys. I started a web design company a few months ago; and I recommend all my clients to V7 Inc for professional high quality hosting. Don't bother with companies like iPowerWeb or Lunarpages; they don't care about their customers like V7 Inc does.

I have been hosted on v7 hosting for quite a while now. You will not believe this, but I have had no problems, no downtime, no errors on site. Everything has ran flawlessly. The speed of the server is amazing. Ping responses are (on average) 30 ms faster than those of google's site and microsoft's site. I highly recommend v7 inc hosting for anyone. V7 is a full serviced hosting company from which SureBaby has benefited exceedingly. You don't need to pay high prices for quality support and fast servers, anymore. SureBaby was paying four times as much with a well known hosting company that didn't have the features available to us that V7 has provided.
We wanted to re-design the SureBaby.com site in PHP code and PHP was not offered though our previous hosting company.
When contacting the service department, we had to wait days for answers. By then we had the problem resolved. With V7 we receive answers within a short time.

I've used several different hosting companies in the past. Most either didn't have the features I needed or they didn't provide any support for their clients. Many would start off pretty good where a server would only have 20 domains and run pretty quick but after a few months would eventually be overloaded.
Then I found V7 and have not looked back. V7 has their own support forums and server speed is some of the best I've seen. V7 has all the features I need from the stats to the newest versions of php, etc. When I've needed a feature that was not included in the base server configuration they have added it on with no hassle or questions asked.
I highly recommend V7 to any and all individuals or companies that are interested in an online presence. The prices do not reflect the amount of service and quality you receive.

Having hosted with another company for several years, I recently requested php and mysql server upgrades. My host said the server I was
on was too old for upgrades but offered to move me to one of their new
servers for a one time fee of $399. I decided it was time to look for a new
host. I did some research and chose a well known web host. I signed up with
them on a Friday, updated my DNS settings in accordance with their email
instructions and by Monday, my site was unreachable and I was still waiting
for my account setup instructions. In response to each of my email and
online requests for help, I received nothing but automated email replies.

I have 6 websites on the V7 servers and I am extremly pleased with both the speed of the server and the service of the support staff. Accounts are set up very quickly and using the account control panel is a breeze when it comes to setting up your e-mail accounts, databases, and more. V7 has fast servers and very competitive rates. I got kicked off my old host for one of my sites because I was utilizing their servers to much. With V7 I dont have to worry because they have some of the latest and fastest webservers on the market. They also make sure not to pile a ton of sites on to each server so as to not overload the servers.
With V7 Quality Web Hosting I feel confident that my sites will have the maximum possible uptime and the quickest repsonse times. Face it, if a visitor has to wait more than a few seconds for your page to load they will more than likely move on to the next website. After trying many different host I finally discovered V7. The services are far better than the servers which cost far more money. The server is extremely fast, by far the fastest server I have ever hosted a site on. V7 also offers more server side features than any other host I have ever used. With cPanel 6, multiple highly detailed stat programs, pre-installed applications, and much more, it has all I could ever want in a server and more.
Just the standard cheap web hosting offers more than other host at a fraction of the price. The higher performance packages such as the power hosting package, and the business hosting package provides more than enough server power to run high end business web sites.
Before I signed up I tested the server speed of V7, they were so much faster than any server I had ever hosted on. The multiple detailed stat program is another plus. As a webmaster I like to know how my sites are doing, with the stat programs I now can check every aspect of my site’s performance.
Other hosts place thousands of sites on one server. V7's servers have more resources and faster connections than those sites, yet limit the amount of sites per server in order to keep the server running as fast as possible. Because of this there is no down time. If there ever is a problem, the support staff allows you to contact them directly, so you get instant and personal communication with the server operators in order to ensure your site is always running.
I recommend V7 to every site owner I know, because I know how hard it is to go from low quality server to low quality server. Having V7 in control of my sites has changed all of that.
