Hope you don't plan on using email for support issues. They won't use emails!

Several times request were sent in for a site that seemed to be down more than up....but they kept telling us to fill out a support ticket...hostitcheap would see our email, and respond to them....making it clear that they were getting our message, but wouln't lift a finger unless we'd fill in a support ticket.

I asked them several times for help, but would get the ole response from hostitcheap.com saying, "Fill out the support ticket".

I'll take my business elsewhere hostitcheap.com - you're like talking to a wall.
